GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If you need to cancel your reservation, please always do so in writing, notifying us by e-mail. The cancellation costs that will be applied are:

• If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the amount will be refunded in full, unless you wish to apply it to a future reservation.
• In the case of canceling the reservation less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the arrival date, the advance amount is lost, with a minimum of 1 night.
• In the case of canceling the reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date or not appearing (no show), the total charge for the stay will be made.
• In the event that the client wishes to leave before the scheduled departure date, the full charge for the stay will be made.
• The client must notify the hotel reception of any arrival after 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Notice: a reservation is considered a "no show" (the client does not show up) if the client, without prior notice, shows up after 10:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival day.

In response to its clients, the Hotel Rural Can Lluc allows the penalty amounts applied to be offset with future stays, as long as these are made in the low season and subject to availability within one year from the cancellation of the reservation. In order for these conditions to apply, the cancellation of the reservation must have been made more than 14 days before the day of arrival and for justified reasons.

These benefits will apply exclusively to reservations made directly by the client in which agencies or other intermediaries do not intervene.

Making the reservation implies acceptance by the client of the contract conditions.
